what's allowed

real, constructive suggestions (e.g ideas, changes, concerns.) drop what you'd like done and it gets read.

no jokes, no spam. submissions that look like spam (too many links, all-caps, pasted emails or phone numbers, gibberish) are rejected. spam you submit just wastes our time. don't.

how your data is stored

to catch spam and double-votes without trusting anything in the browser, the client builds a small fingerprint of your device: screen size, timezone, language, platform, CPU cores, memory, fonts, canvas, webgl, audio. each part is hashed on the server with sha256, and the raw values are discarded on arrival. never stored.

your ip address and user-agent are hashed too. nobody, not even us, can read a visitor's real identity back out of what's stored.

voting keeps an anonymous cookie for one year so you can change or clear your vote. if the same device tries to vote twice on one suggestion under different cookies, the fingerprint catches it and both votes are flattened.

who sees your data

only the two of us: the site operator and the moderation panel. we don't sell, share, or publish any tracking data. it exists for one reason - keeping the box honest (and nothing else).

how long

rejected suggestions auto-purge 7 days after rejection, votes included. approved suggestions stay until removed.
